The principal in the fund will never be spent, but earnings at a rate of 5% are available each year for distribution.  The fund will remain intact forever, providing for needs of the Gregory community.  Earnings from the First Fidelity Gregory Community Foundation are awarded by a local board of directors to support nonprofit and charitable purposes in the Gregory Area.  The Foundation has awarded almost $35,000 since 1998, including Grants to the following Charitable and Non-profit Groups:
